Progression & Pathway
The aim of the Royals Competitive Program is to develop and be a stepping stone in a players journey.
We want to encourage our players and give them the confidence to progress further moving onto the next level.
College route
Winter Park Royals has a dedicated college recruitment officer named Stuart Flaherty on hand to help guide parents on the best options and the process for their daughter aiming to progress in Soccer through college.
On top of this College Evenings, Showcase Events and Talent Id days will be available for players to attend as they get closer to graduation age.
Additional Programs
Winter Park Royals coaches will recommend players for extra programs outside of the Royals program to give them further challenges and exposure to represent the Club.
This could be in the form of the Olympic Development Program as well as the Iconz Elite program for Central Florida.
