Progression & Pathway
Through the DNA & Development Model we want to continue to offer extra opportunities to players to enhance their development further and provide them with exit routes once finishing with WPFC.
College route
Winter Park FC has a dedicated college recruitment officer named Stuart Flaherty on hand to help guide parents on the best options and the process for their son aiming to progress in Soccer through college.
On top of this College Evenings, Showcase Events and Talent Id days will be available for players to attend as they get closer to graduation age.
Additional Programs
Winter Park FC coaches will recommend players for extra programs outside of WPFC to give them further challenges and exposure to represent the Club.
This could be in the form of the Olympic Development Program as well as the Iconz Elite program for Central Florida.
Opportunities beyond the United States
Winter Park FC is fortunate to have a coaching and management staff with contacts across Europe and will recommend any players for further opportunities of gaining experience within these organizations if they feel the player is off that level.
